If a user decides to change the app settings from passcode authentication to biometric verification, or vice versa, they will need to re-register using the eKey 2.0 application.
This process requires the user to:
- Take a selfie for identity verification.
- Capture clear photos of both the front and back of their National ID card.
The same process applies to users who use the "passcode" as a security method but forget it. All they need to do is open the eKey 2.0 app and choose the "Reset app security" option.
