What should I do if I forget the passcode?

If you forget your passcode, you can easily reset it from the main page before logging in:

1. Tap on “Reset App Security”
2. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the reset

Note: Once you reset the app security, you will be logged out and required to restart the enrollment process to activate your eKey 2.0 again.
