Navigating the eKey Home

• Transactions Page:

If user need to review recent activities associated with their eKey account for each relaying parties, then the user needs to click on the "Transactions" section to go into the details of recent interactions with other apps and follow the below steps:

• Choose the replaying party you want to check the transaction for. 
• Click on the "Activity Log" tab to access a detailed overview of your recent interactions and transactions within eKey.
• Switch to the "Your Data" tab to what information does the relying party has access to, as your name, contact information, and other relevant data that was collected during authentication.

• My IDs Page:

Your identification documents are securely stored within the eKey. You can view them easily under the "My IDs" section. In this section you will be able to see your identity.

More Page:

Explore the "More" section to discover a world of possibilities within the eKey app, from editing your mobile number to accessing help and support.

• Your Profile: Click on "Your Profile" to view your national ID number, edit or add your phone number, or log out of the app.

• Help Center: In this section, users can click to access the support portal. Here, they can submit a ticket, browse app articles, and check the FAQs.
• Terms of Use: This section provides a link to the app's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Language: This section allows you to view and switch between the available app languages.
• Trusted devices: This section displays a list of trusted devices linked to your eKey account. If needed, you can manage these devices by clicking the (X) button to remove any device from the list.
• Version: Stay updated with the latest features and security enhancements.
