Push Notification for KYC Access
To ensure transparency and protect user identity, the eKey app sends a push notification whenever a user’s personal information is accessed by an authorized third party — such as a bank or service provider.
For example, when a user visits a bank and submits documents for verification, the bank staff may access the user’s data through eKey 2.0. As soon as this access is performed, the user receives a real-time notification via the eKey 2.0 app informing them that their information has been accessed on their behalf. This notification is purely informational, and no action is required from the end user.
