Users can contact support at any step of the enrollment process where they encounter difficulties. If a user is unable to complete a step, an error page will appear, providing instructions on how to proceed with the enrollment, along with a “Need Help?” button to raise a support ticket.
- When the user chooses to raise a ticket, an automatic request will be sent to the support team, including the user's national ID number, mobile number, details on where they got stuck, a live photo of the ID used, 3D face scan, and the user email which can used for sending updates on the ticket status.
- Alternatively, users can reach the support team by clicking the option in the top right corner, which will take them to the support portal where they can review FAQs and articles or submit a support ticket.
