Why am I seeing an "Invalid Session" error when trying to log in?

If you receive the following error message: 

{"error{"status":400,"code":"INVALID_SESSION","description":"Invalid session!"}}

it means your session is invalid. This usually happens when the time zone on your eKey 2.0 is different from the time zone on your device or laptop. To resolve the problem, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings on your device or laptop.
  2. Look for the Time & Date settings.
  3. Change the time zone setting to Automatic.

This will help ensure that the time zone on your device matches that of your eKey 2.0, allowing you to log in successfully.
