Yes, GCC citizens will are able to register for eKey 2.0 using their GCC National ID, even if they do not hold a Bahraini National ID.
To successfully complete the enrollment, the GCC citizen’s personal information must exist in Bahrain’s Central Registration System. If no CRS record is found, the registration will be blocked with a "No Records Found" error.
